Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept returns or exchanges and we don't offer refunds. We hope you love your MTE. Have you tried them refrigerated or in hot water as a tea? Most importantly, have you tried MTE regularly for at least a few days to help achieve some of the accumulated effects? If all else fails, we encourage you to share it with a friend who may like to try it. Who knows, you may just make their day!

Please note: for subscriptions, you will receive an e-mail a few days before your next shipment is to be sent. Please be sure to make any changes or updates before your order is processed. Once a charge has been processed, we are unable to cancel, return, or make changes to a shipment. If you are reaching out to hello@getmte.com to make changes to your order, please allow at least 1 full business day notice

Refunds & Returns

Our 4 Packs are covered under our stress-free-15-day-money-back guarantee (we’re MTE after all, we wouldn’t want to ADD stress). If you are dissatisfied with your first 4 pack purchase...first, are you shaking them well immediately prior to consumption? Have you tried refrigerating them? And finally, have you tried adding your favorite sweetener (if that’s your thing)?

For subscriptions, you will receive an email notification a few days before your order is processed. Please be sure to make any updates at that time before your order is confirmed. Once your subscription order is processed and you get a confirmation email, it’s already in the works and we cannot provide refunds or exchanges. Cancelling your subscription at this point will apply to future orders, not the order that just processed.

Late or missing refunds

Sometimes it can take up 3-5 business days for refunds or credits to arrive. If you don’t see a credit posted after 5 business days, please contact us at hello@getmte.com.

Exchanges

If you receive a package that is damaged upon delivery, we’ll absolutely replace it. Please send us an email with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and the product to hello@getmte.com
